  District Court in Trenton for a 25-minute status conference on the 20-count indictment against him

• Law hasn't curbed school bus pollution Nearly two years after voters mandated pollution
  controls on school buses, children are still breathing cancer-causing diesel fumes on the ride
  to and from school. Not a single engine has been upgraded, even though NJ has earmarked

• Corzine sees value in saving project at Meadowlands As the developers of a stalled
  project to replace dumps in the Meadowlands with golf courses and luxury housing scramble
  to find new financial backing, the Corzine administration is looking for  ways to keep the venture

• House panel looks to restore $40M to Parks fund As part of a budget agreement with
  Governor Rendell, the Senate agreed to transfer $40M from the state’s Keystone parks and
  recreation fund to the state’s Hazardous Sites Cleanup fund. A bipartisan coalition of House
  lawmakers is now looking to take a different approach Times-Tribune
   
• State to start removing Skytop rocks this month State transportation workers will begin
  hauling acid-bearing rocks from the Interstate 99 construction site at Skytop by the end of July Associated Press

• PA court upholds Poconos gambling license The state's highest court upholds state
  gambling regulators' award of a slot-machine gambling license to prominent Northeastern
  PA businessman Louis DeNaples, who wants to build a casino on the site of a once-renowned
  lodge in the Pocono Mountains Inquirer

• Bids to be sought for West Side rail yards  New York Times
