  restoration of the Ringwood Mines/Landfill in Ringwood to the list.

• Groups want five waterways protected Declaring that South Jersey doesn't
  get its fair share of state protection for rivers and streams, environmental groups
  say they will file legal petitions seeking to guard five waterways from sprawl and

• Riverkeeper to sue over leak at Indian Point The crux of lawsuit against Indian Point
  is whether leaking strontium 90 at the nuclear power station is hazardous waste as defined
