• Gluck withdraws UMDNJ nomination Republican lobbyist Hazel Gluck withdraws
  her nomination to serve on the board of the state medical university less than a week
  after questions were raised about thousands of dollars in consulting contracts she held

• DEP to return all tainted sites taken off its list The list of 1,846 sites dropped
  from New Jersey's record of contaminated properties includes landfills, chemical
  companies, airports, and a perplexing array of homes, restaurants and schools.
  The list came to light after a DEP inspector discovered a day-care center had opened
  on one of the dropped sites – a former thermometer factory in Franklin Township,

• Solar's star is rising Wayne drug maker, Berlex, expects big gains from the $1.5M

• Lawsuit seeks to stop use of touch-screen voting machines Citing concerns
  about accurate, verifiable election results, a group of 25 PA voters has gone to court,

• No quick fixes for flood prevention There's no quick-fix solution for flooding on the
  Delaware River and not a single clear way to protect riverfront residents and business
  owners from future floods, according to testimony at a congressional field hearing in
  Yardley Courier Times

• FEMA revisits sewer issue Yardley officials will meet with representatives of the
  Federal Emergency Management Agency today to discuss the borough's sewer system
  at a time when new fissures, cracks and breaks in one neighborhood are being discovered
