The Pinelands Commission approved the residential-commercial development plan July 14 after more than
  a year of meetings and debate. It calls for 565 homes and 650,000 square feet of retail space on a site

• Group protests Skytop cleanup plan Petitions signed by 1,124 people opposed to the state's
