  U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for ignoring scientific evidence and the advice of its own

• Texas utility company eyes PA investment A Texas utility company’s expansion plans could
  include the construction of coal-fired power plants in Northeastern PA. TXU Corp of Dallas expresses

• DEC approves tighter mercury emission limits Coal-burning power plants in New York
  state will have to cut mercury emissions by 90 percent by 2015 under a plan approved by the
