• NYC to cut reservoirs' water level City officials will reduce the amount of water the city
  stores in its Catskill Mountain reservoirs as part of a temporary plan to curb flooding along
   the Delaware River Courier Times  

• Boring Begins at Marjol Site They're drilling again at an old battery recycling site in
  Lackawanna County. As promised, government workers are taking ground samples to make
  sure contamination isn't too close to any mine tunnels at the old Marjol Battery site in Throop
